People need to think outside the box on what is service.

Our family was very impressed with Pres. Monson's talk on warm fuzzies and doing service for one another. Just the other day Robbie, the first little monster, provided a special kind of service that they just don't teach in primary any more. It was nothing short of jumping on a granad for his brother. His little monster brother decided to unbuckle himself from his car seat, while the car was speeding down the street. Knowing that this would be dangerous for his little brother to be unbuckled in the car, he insisted that Riley buckle himself back up. Because his dumb little brother didn't want to be seated and kept releasing his seat belt Robbie did what he knew would be the right thing to do. While remaining buckled he jumped and laid his body across Riley's seat belt, all the while, as he received repeated blows to the head. Screaming for relief he held down that buckle until the car came to a complete stop. That is a different kind of service, a kind of service you just can't talk about, but none the less just as important. How do you share that kind of service in a conference talk? The violence and swollen forehead makes one wonder, why would one provide such a warm fuzzy for such a little punk! What's your warm fuzzy?

It's already Fall?

Since the family reunion we have started school twice now, this is only possible with a bad track on year round school. We are now four weeks from the big due date. As you can see we are saving up all blogging post and pictures until that day. Okay maybe if the Halloween customes are really good this year we will put the pics up on the blog for everyone to see.
